Every time when stop monitoring Agilent LC 1260 controlled by Empower, the message "Analysis aborted by another module" appears in the Message Center. - WKB80387

SYMPTOMS

• Every time when stop monitoring Agilent LC 1260 controlled by Empower, the message "G1329B: DEAAC*****-Analysis aborted by another module" appeared in the Message Center.
• Data acquires for few minutes and before completing the Run Time, moves to next Injection.
• Sample set continues to next Injection 
• Short run time on analysis aborted, but next injection starts without any delay

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3
• Agilent ICF Support Layer
• .NET Framework 4.7

CAUSE

This is caused by the design of Agilent LC&CE Driver included in the bottom tier of Agilent ICF

FIX or WORKAROUND

CRI-2759 has been raised, not fixed with Agilent ICF Support Layer 3.5

There is no solution yet, but we can provide an Agilent instruction document about this issue.
