Issue CRI-1103: Exporting and then importing with Empower 3 causes retention time shift of -0.008 - WKB80200

SYMPTOMS

• When exporting a raw data channel and then importing the same channel, the new channel is off by -0.008 on the retention time of the first peak

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

The first data point and the last data point are missing. Based on the data rate, the time between each data point is .008. Therefore, in this case, all data points are off by .008.

This was determined by exporting in ARW format and viewing data points in Excel. This is a different file format than in the complaint above, but the retention time difference matches.

This problem was also reproduced in Empower 3 FR2, Empower 3 base, and Empower 3 FR5.

FIX or WORKAROUND

There is no fix or workaround for this issue. It is currently in R&D to be addressed in a future release.
