ANSWER

Thermo Scientific-Dionex are solely responsible for the development, testing, distribution, and support of instrument drivers for Empower. Waters is not involved. Refer to the SII 1.1 release notes and list of supported instruments from Thermo, which states that the Integrion is supported on SII 1.1. Customers should contact Thermo Scientific-Dionex directly for confirmation that the Integrion RFIC is supported and for what other requirements may need to be considered.

The DII is a legacy driver from Thermo/Dionex and the SII is the current driver now on version 1.1. See instrument control document April 2019.
