ANSWER
No. When the run has been started by the user, it is under control of the LAC/E 32 node that is directly connected to the instrument. The user may close their Citrix session without affecting the currently acquiring run. Rebooting the Citrix server would have no effect on the LAC/E 32 that is managing the run.
