Extract a chromatogram in the Empower Review window.

PROCEDURE

From the "Channels" tab of the project, highlight the 3D data channel.
Right-click on the highlighted channel and choose "Review".
When the window opens, click View > 3D Layout at the top.
Back at the top, click Process > Extract Chromatogram.
A box appears at the top-right corner of the contour plot.
Click in the box, delete the current value, type the desired wavelength, and then press "Enter" on the keyboard.
A chromatogram appears in the 2D chromatogram window below the contour plot.
If you want to save this chromatogram with no further processing, click File > Save > Chromatogram.
The saved chromatogram is added to the "Channels" tab of the project.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is only one of several ways to extract chromatograms in Empower. This path to File>Save>Chromatogram has been removed starting with Empower 3.9.0 per CRI-7713 as noted in the Empower 3.9.0 release notes.
