SYMPTOMS
- When run samples is opened, the following message appears "There is an error in xml document 1" and the instrument does not run.

- Firmware B.02.03.2
CAUSE
Incompatible firmware version.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Downgrade to firmware B.02.02
- Upgrade to firmware B.02.04.3
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Changing the firmware on the Agilent GC can void the warranty if you make a mess of it. Better to get an Agilent Engineer to visit to change the firmware.
