SYMPTOMS
- Cannot have access to a chromatographic system from a computer other than the one connected to the instrument.
- Error message: System System_Name on node Node_Name is currently not shared when you try to connect to a system.
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower Enterprise
CAUSE
Chromatographic system is not shared.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Open Empower Configuration Manager.
- Right-click "System Properties" on the system.
- Select "Share System with Other Network Users" and click OK.
