No 3D data after processing PDA data - WKB73691

SYMPTOMS

• No 3D data present after processing PDA data with a method set
• 2D extracted channels are present in the result set
• Derived channels are set up correctly in the method set 

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3
• PDA data

CAUSE

In the method set, "save PDA Extracted Channels" was selected.

This feature saves extracted 2D channels from 3D chromatograms. Processing occurs on the 2D extracted channel. 3D processing is not performed.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Clear the selection "Save PDA Extracted Channels" in the method set. 
2. Save the method set.
3. Reprocess the sample set.
