Samples are not processed correctly in Empower - WKB71420

SYMPTOMS

• Results have no amount or name in Empower
• Samples are integrated but do not quantitate 
• In Alter Sample, the samples are set correctly to unknown
• Standards were run in a previous sample set

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

"Calibrate" is listed at the end of the sample set with the associated labels for the unknowns. There is no Quantitate line.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Change calibrate to quantitate in Alter Sample.
2. Save and reprocess.
