SYMPTOMS
- Results have no amount or name in Empower
- Samples are integrated but do not quantitate
- In Alter Sample, the samples are set correctly to unknown
- Standards were run in a previous sample set
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
CAUSE
"Calibrate" is listed at the end of the sample set with the associated labels for the unknowns. There is no Quantitate line.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Change calibrate to quantitate in Alter Sample.
- Save and reprocess.
