SYMPTOMS

• Lost recovery disk of LAC/E32 Config15.

• LAC/E32 Config15

CAUSE

Customer lost the image disk.

FIX or WORKAROUND

There are two restore images for the Config15 LAC/E32.

667004957 EZ Restore, Win7 Config15 LAC/E32
667004957JA S/W,EZ Restore, Win7 Config15 LAC/E32 JA

If they are no longer available, then there is a Windows 10 upgrade kit available for the LAC/E32 Config15.

If the LAC/E 15 serial number is below C16L32487W, you will need: 667005670  Kit, Update LAC/E 15 Win 10 Image i350-T4  
If the LAC/E 15 serial number is above C16L32487W. you will need: 667005743  Kit, LAC/E 15 Win 10 Image 4P-i350

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Waters recommends that you use the upgrade kit to Windows 10, because Windows 7 is no longer supported after Jan 2020.
