What are the differences between the four fields (Area, Corrected Area, Time CorrArea, Percent Time CorrArea) in the peak table? - WKB71004
ENVIRONMENT

ANSWER
These descriptions are in the Empower help. Search for "Peak View Fields".
Area—Peak area (in uV/sec)
%Time Corr.Area—Time corrected area of a peak expressed as a percentage of the total time corrected area in the electropherogram
Time Corr.Area—Area of a peak divided by its migration time. Time-corrected area (TCA) is calculated as follows:
TCA = (Area)/(Migration Time)
where:
Area = Integrated area of peak
Migration Time = Migration time of peak
Corrected area—Peak area multiplied by the Impurity RRF (relative response factor)
