CAUSE

Too many unsuccessful attempts to login

FIX or WORKAROUND

US and Canadian customers:

  • Create an iRequest online by clicking on the following link - iRequest
  • Email the completed Waters Procedures Document to MS_Service@waters.com and reference the iRequest number in the subject line.
  • One of our technical specialists will contact you to assist in unlocking your account -see WKB8140

 

All other Geographies:

Create an iRequest or contact your local support organization for assistance.
