For timed groups, do "user entered" and "sum peaks" for the source of X value act the same in Empower? - WKB6702
Article number: 6702
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Service Release 2 Hotfix 2
ANSWER
"User entered, curve or sum peaks for quantitation" and "sum peaks, curve or sum peaks for quantitation" for the source of X value will both calculate area and height of peaks in the timed group. However, when calculating amount, choosing "user entered, curve or sum peaks for quantitation" will calculate amounts only if they were user-entered in the Amounts tab or from amount/concentration of the calibration curve point.
