Empower error: Failed to start application Review - WKB66934

SYMPTOMS

  • When double-clicking the channel data to review, and Empower reports error "Failed to start application Review"

ENVIRONMENT

  • Empower 3 FR4 personal

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Create a new operation system administrator account with a new name, and then use the new login with the operation system to see if the problem is solved.
  2. If the issue is not resolved, go to System Properties on your computer.
  3. Select Advance > User Configuration. Delete the user configuration file for the new account, and then use the new account login in the operation system to see if the problem is solved.
