- When double-clicking the channel data to review, and Empower reports error "Failed to start application Review"

FIX or WORKAROUND
- Create a new operation system administrator account with a new name, and then use the new login with the operation system to see if the problem is solved.
- If the issue is not resolved, go to System Properties on your computer.
- Select Advance > User Configuration. Delete the user configuration file for the new account, and then use the new account login in the operation system to see if the problem is solved.
