Empower SQT does not populate IQ and OQ results - WKB65670

SYMPTOMS

• Empower SQT does not populate IQ and OQ results.
• Empower SQT is incomplete, only one channel was processed and generated successfully.
• No result ids

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 2
• Empower 3

CAUSE

In Valid_OQ1 and Valid_OQApex qualification projects, channels are locked after the last second Sign Off. 

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Unlock locked channels.
2. Run SQT qualification tool again.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

In Empower System Policies, you can optionally define that channels be locked after the second Sign Off.

When user does the second signature in Report Publisher with this option ON, the result channels will be locked. 

New results sets are not generated.

When SQT results are processed, the compliance specialist should clear this option to keep channels unlocked for the next node SQT testing.
