Extract a mass chromatogram from mass spectrometer scan data.

• Empower 3

PROCEDURE

1. Highlight the scan channel in the project window.
2. Right-click on the channel and choose Review.
3. At the top of the Review window, click "View - 3d Layout".
4. At the top of the Review window, click "Process - Extract Chromatogram".
5. A small white window appears on the right-hand side of the contour plot.
6. Specify the mass of interest in the white window, and then press Enter on the keyboard.
7. The extracted mass chromatogram appears in the window below the contour plot.
