2695 pressure channel is not collected in Empower - WKB64626

SYMPTOMS
- The 2695 pressure trace is not acquired when selected in the instrument method
- Detector trace is acquired as expected
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 FR3
- Alliance HPLC System
CAUSE
When running an e2695 (firmware v3.02 or v3.04) in a sample set where there is an Inject Immediate Standard injection immediately after a Wet Prime function, the pressure trace is not collected.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Insert a Condition Column line in between the Wet Prime and Inject Immediate Standard lines
OR
- Use a standard Inject Standard function with a 0-µL injection volume instead of Inject Immediate Standard.
