SYMPTOMS
- Trying to run Empower 3 FR4 Personal Edition install returns the message "Does not meet requirement, check the release notes"
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 FR4
- Windows 10
CAUSE
By default, Windows 10 does not install .Netframework 3.5, which the Empower 3 FR4 installer needs to install the software.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Install .Netframework 3.5, which is located on the Empower 3 FR4 media, in the Source\dotnetfx directory.
