Confirm instrument communication status from the Empower Run Samples screen.
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower
PROCEDURE
- Open the Empower Run Samples screen.
- Select View menu > Instruments.
- From the Instrument tab, check Yes/No in the "OK?" column in the instrument list.
- The instrument displayed as No is unable to communicate; reset the module or reboot the instrument and the PC.
