SYMPTOMS

• Empower 3 sample set method changes are difficult to line up from the differences report

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Base and above, Personal and Enterprise

CAUSE

Additional fields are added to the report, causing alignment issues.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Go to View > Show All. This will produce a report where all the lines are present and the changes are highlighted in red.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

CRI-377 has been opened in R+D. Old PCS is 54073.
