SYMPTOMS

• "Data Mismatch" message in the Review window

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 2
• Empower 3

CAUSE

The client computer is not part of the domain that houses all of the other Empower nodes, and there is no trust relationship between the two domains. If the Windows user is on the same domain and still gets the error, the Windows user credentials are restricted.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Add the Empower client computer to the domain that houses all of the other Empower nodes.
2. To troubleshoot, elevate the Windows login user permission to Domain Administrator. If that works, elevate the necessary permissions for the regular Windows login user.
