In Empower, the decimal markers in Run Samples and Review fields (for example, 10.0 µL and 10.0 min) appear as commas instead of periods
ENVIRONMENT

- Citrix
CAUSE
A cached setting associated with a specific user profile on the Citrix server
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Delete the Citrix user profile.
- The Citrix user should log in again.
