SYMPTOMS
- Empower sample set stops between injections
- No buffering
- No instrument errors
- No messages in Message Center
- This issue is random and intermittent for different users, projects, and systems on LAC/E32s across the network and at different sites
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
- Citrix
CAUSE
Intermittent communication or resource issue with raw data share file server and LAC/E32s; Ethernet and database connectivity appears normal
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Reboot the LACE
- Reboot the raw data share file server.
- Create/clone new project
