CAUSE
The solventlibrary.xml file is corrupted.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Copy the solventlibrary.xml file from an acquisition PC where the error is not observed and replace it in the acquisition PC that shows the problem.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Another cause of the error could be that any portion of the solvent library was created using the wrong characters.
