No control panels for any instrument in Empower Run Samples - WKB57895

SYMPTOMS

• Cannot see control panel for any instrument in Run Samples 
• Cannot see control panels for either Waters ACQUITY or Agilent systems
• Through Citrix, all module component control panels for are present in Run Samples

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Enterprise
• Citrix

CAUSE

User login to Empower through a FAT client. The FAT client does not have drivers

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Install the appropriate drivers on the FAT client.
