SYMPTOMS
- Cannot see control panel for any instrument in Run Samples
- Cannot see control panels for either Waters ACQUITY or Agilent systems
- Through Citrix, all module component control panels for are present in Run Samples
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Enterprise
- Citrix
CAUSE
User login to Empower through a FAT client. The FAT client does not have drivers
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Install the appropriate drivers on the FAT client.
