When reporting the GPC Distribution Table with 100 slices, there is no option to include a row where Cumulative % equals 0.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You can add a second GPC Distribution table to the Empower report where All Slices is selected for the table. This will include any information where Cumulative % equals 0.
