OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Collect the last 10 minutes of a 15-minute runtime in Empower with ACQUITY.

ENVIRONMENT

  • ACQUITY UPLC.
  • Empower 2.
  • Empower 3.

PROCEDURE

  1. Log in to Empower.
  2. Click on Run Samples.
  3. Load your sample set method.
  4. Under the "Data Start (Minutes)" column, enter 5 for each line (see screen shot below).
  5. Save the sample set method.
  6. Click Run.
