Collect the last 10 minutes of a 15-minute runtime in Empower with ACQUITY.
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC.
- Empower 2.
- Empower 3.
PROCEDURE
- Log in to Empower.
- Click on Run Samples.
- Load your sample set method.
- Under the "Data Start (Minutes)" column, enter 5 for each line (see screen shot below).
- Save the sample set method.
- Click Run.
