SYMPTOMS
- Under ICF 3.0, when editing an instrument method, the column parameters are missing from the Column tab
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 2 and 3
- ICF Support 3.0
CAUSE
Opened as defect PCS 56669 ( CRI-842)
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Before saving the method, select the column window tab and save the method.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This has been fixed in ICF Support Layer v3.2 and Agilent ICF 2.6 Update 2
