"QDa State Unknown" error appears on console with Empower 3 - WKB54599

SYMPTOMS
- "QDa State Unknown" error on console
- Other detectors on the server work fine
- Rebooting LAC/E and components does not correct the issue
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Enterprise
- Citrix
- QDa
CAUSE
Empower 3 server is on a different domain than the Citrix servers, LAC/E, and instruments. Although there are trusts built between the two servers, the QDa still will not connect.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Install the Domain Certificate that is on the Empower server onto the LAC/E that controls the QDa.
