To do so:

1. Bring the data into Preview Publisher, load the report that includes the chromatogram, and close the preview window.

2. Right-click on the chromatogram and choose Chromatogram Properties.

3. Select the Scaling tab.

4. Underneath scaling type, choose scale to baseline. This will scale to baseline.

The scaling is allowed to four decimal places. Enhancement request 56653 was opened to increase the number of decimal places.

Another option is to select % of highest peak. This will scale to the percentage of the highest peak, which will also zoom in closer to the baseline depending on the percentage chosen.
