ANSWER

"The source Directory <PATH> for the backup cannot be found" message appears when a project backup is performed and the project that is being backed up has had its name changed within the path specified or is no longer in the path specified. The Project Backup Utility checks first to confirm that the raw data folder exists on the server raw data share before it starts the backup process. If the raw data folder on the server was accidentally deleted or is corrupt, then you can recreate the file structure for the project's raw data and then the backup should work normally.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Map to the path outlined in the message and determine if the project is in this location or if the project is no longer available. You can filter the projects by schema name to see if the project name is the same as when created.
