When using relative responses in the processing method editor, the relative response field will be blank and unavailable for components with no curve reference specified. When reporting the processing method, the relative response fields are unavailable and contain a value of 1.000000, which has no effect on the response calculation.

During processing, the relative response value is not used when the curve reference is empty. Also, a relative response of 1.0 would have no affect on the result, even if the curve reference were not empty.
