With Empower 3 FR4 and Windows 10, DHCP is empty after Windows reboot - WKB50032

SYMPTOMS

• After shutdown of the PC, the WatersDHCPserver is empty

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 FR4

CAUSE

The "Turn on fast startup (recommended)" option is enabled in the Windows power settings.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Type "Control Panel" in Windows 10 search, and open the Control Panel.
2. Click on the "Power Option" icon.
3. On the left, click on "Choose what the power buttons do".
4. Click on "Change settings that are currently unavailable" and clear the "Turn on fast startup (recommended)" selection.
