SYMPTOMS
- System enters buffering mode shortly after run has started
- This occurs to several systems in one lab regardless of instrument type
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Service Release 2 (SR2) Hotfix 1 (HF1)
CAUSE
- Identified that one of the network switches for the impacted site was utilized at more than 90%.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Restart network switch for that lab.
