Data buffered on Empower LAC/E32 will not recover - WKB49410

SYMPTOMS

  • Unable to recover buffered data on LAC/E
  • Manual instrument server recover command does not push data to the server
  • Can ping server by LAC/E and LAC/E by server successfully
  • Watersservice is running on theLAC/E
  • Not all files are 1 kb in size
  • Issue with only one LAC/E
  • In the recover log it states "failed to recover sample set and unable to store vial"

ENVIRONMENT

  • Empower 3 Enterprise
  • LAC/E32

CAUSE

Low project tablespace for the project that contained the files that were buffering on the LAC/E

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Increase the project tablespace. Files should recover and be pushed up to the server after 10 minutes.
