Method set group contains information that doesn't match data reported in Empower - WKB49399

SYMPTOMS

• Method set group contains information that doesn't match data reported in Empower Report Publisher, even though there is a method set present
• The report displays the method set group information correctly with some sample sets, but other sample sets display message
• When bringing only the method set into preview, the method set group is displayed correctly

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Service Release 2 Hotfix 1

CAUSE

This is a known issue (CRI-3901, formerly PCS 47885).

FIX or WORKAROUND

This issue is corrected in Empower 3 Service Release 2 onward.
