Cannot achieve result values when processing SQT data in Empower from any LAC/E32 box - WKB49277

SYMPTOMS

• No result values shown in review
• Error in message center "Chrom open for read failed, access denied"
• Can achieve results when processing directly from the database server
• Empower Run Samples control panels are not populated

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

Watersservice logon user "System" has no access to the project share from the Lace.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Change the Watersservice logon user account from "System" to another username and non expiring password.
