Empower control panel issue with the 2424 ELS detector: wrong information, gain shows as "1" - WKB49120

SYMPTOMS

• For the 2424 ELS detector, Empower control panel returns the wrong information
• If another Ethernet detector is in the chromatographic system, the information is also wrong for that detector

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Close Empower.
2. Rename the C:\Empower\Instruments\HTML\W2424\en folder to C:\Empower\Instruments\HTML\W2424\~en on the Empower node.
   
3. Run C:\Empower\Instruments\Bin\StopAcquityProcesses.cmd.
