Only one named user license activated - WKB486

SYMPTOMS

• Customer activated "5" Named User License (NUL), but only one user was added.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

Empower Named User Licenses are splitable. Customers must choose how many of the licenses they want to activate. The initial selection during activation defaults to "1".  Customers can choose to activate any number of users up to the maximum of the license./p>

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Ask the customer if they used the pull-down box to choose more than one license.
2. If not, they can go through the activation process again and activate the remainder of the users.
3. Alternatively, they can deactivate the single license and reactivate the license again in its entirety.
