SYMPTOMS
- Serial number is listed in Show Licenses window, but it says "[Empower 3 System Control License Pack] System Licenses:0 Serial Number [Customer's Serial Number]"
- Serial number associated with zero system licenses is a LAC/E
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
CAUSE
The LAC/E was purchased as a hardware-only LAC/E; therefore, it will not turn on any system control licenses.
