• No molecular moments are being displayed for an integrated broad unknown peak in Empower

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower GPC
• Empower 2 GPC
• Empower 3 GPC

CAUSE

The peak listed in the "Slicing" tab of the processing method did not have a retention time that matched the peak in the chromatogram.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Add a line in the Slicing table (or edit the current line) to have a retention time that matches the peak in the chromatogram.
