One user cannot see specific projects in Empower - WKB4662

SYMPTOMS
- After logging in, a new user cannot see the projects that they need to access
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
CAUSE
Access to the project is set to Owner and Group. The new user is not a member of any of the groups that are allowed access.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Go to the User Group properties and make the new user a member.
