CAUSE
The acquired sample was run as and injected as Standard, but in alter samples the sample is changed from standard to unknown. In these circumstances, the sample does not process and no result is generated.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- In alter samples, delete the quantitate line and then add the quantitate line again.
