Versions of a sample set method may appear to be unlocked when viewing Sample Set Method Properties. This behavior affects a "hidden" version of the sample set method associated with changes made via Alter Sample. The hidden version of the sample set method does not have the locked flag enabled.
The sample set method remains locked. The hidden/unlocked versions may not be saved as current and are associated with acquired data. When the sample set method is reviewed, it will be in the same state as it was when locked.
