Two channels are unlocked after Sign Off 2 in Empower - WKB3283

SYMPTOMS

• After Sign Off 2 of a set of injections, not all channels are locked
• In System Policies, "Allow 'Lock Channels' after Sign Off 2" is selected

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Enterprise

CAUSE

Unknown (PCS-55238 , CRI-1482)

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Before you sign off injections, ensure that no other user has the channels open in Empower.
2. After Sign Off 2, verify that all channels are locked in the audit trail.
