Administrator cannot unlock projects in Empower 3 - WKB31583

SYMPTOMS
- Projects cannot be unlocked
- When right-clicking a project, the Lock Project option is not seen
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
CAUSE
User is right-clicking the project on the left-hand side.
FIX or WORKAROUND
You see the lock project option only when you right-click the project in the project table. If you right-click on the project in the project tree to the left, you will not see this option.
