Error : Data Incomplete in Empower Project review window - WKB3132

SYMPTOMS

• All injections run properly, but last injection shows "data incomplete" when brought in review
• Recover.log located in C:\Empower\InstrumentServer shows no buffering

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 2
• Empower 3

CAUSE

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Click on Browse Projects.
2. Open the project and click Injections tab.
3. Highlight the injection, right-click, and then click Review.
4. Click in the chromatogram window, and then right-click.
5. Click Complete Data.If you do not see Complete Data as an option, it indicates that the "Verify incomplete data in raw data files" privilege is not selected.
6. To select this privilege:Click Configure the System, click User Type, highlight the user type, and click Properties. In Data Acquisition, select "Verify incomplete data in raw data files". Note: You need administrator privileges to assign this privilege.
