Project Quota is incorrect after restoring an Empower project - WKB30304

SYMPTOMS

• After restoring project, project quota was 2090000 mb instead of 50 mb
• Missing audit trail "Finished Restore Process"
• Project is fully locked and cannot be opened by administrators

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 2 FR5
• Configuration Manager

CAUSE

2090000 mb is the default setting when performing a project restore. After the restore finishes, the setting is corrected.

However, in this case it was not corrected. There may have been an error during project restore and it did not finish successfully.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Restore the project again.
