Cannot communicate with e2695 after installing the system on a new PC - WKB29692

SYMPTOMS
- In Node Properties, all instruments appear in DHCP and the Instruments tab, except the e2695
ENVIRONMENT
- Alliance separations module (Ethernet control)
- New Empower 3 Personal installation
CAUSE
The Windows Firewall is blocking connection.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Disable the Windows Firewall.
