ANSWER
Selecting a component type to exclude from the Total Adjusted Area on the Impurity tab in the processing method results in the following:
- The % Adjusted Area value for peaks of an excluded component type is not added to the total value for % Adjusted Area.
- The % Adjusted Area value for peaks of an excluded component type is still populated for the associated peak.
